Over the past 12 years, we have developed our brand with strong aims and strategies, along with our passion for and increasing knowledge of the world of gastronomy. Originally from the Greek word Gastrologia, Gastronomy meaning “the practice or art of choosing, cooking and eating good food”.
We do not think of ourselves as merely ‘an importer’, as our interest in the origins and background of our products goes much deeper! We aim to understand and explore every facet of our food chain and share our knowledge along with the most amazing culinary products with other enthusiasts.
Having been born and brought up in Italy I have an inherent love for good food, particularly when shared with large groups of people! Therefore, it seemed only natural that I should explore and expand on this passion. I am one of those very lucky people who happen to absolutely love what I do for a job! Having started, many years ago now, as a trainee in food management at Claridge’s Hotel in London, I have always worked in the Food and Beverage industry, meeting some very inspiring people along the way. I have spent the past 25 years in the industry and during this time have travelled a lot, read a lot and continue to develop my passion and knowledge of Gastronomy.
