Our producer of Balsamic is Acetaia Dodi from Reggio Emilia; the particular line we supply is Corte Padana and is a typical balsamic from Modena aged between five and ten years with a smooth subtle taste, with no sharp after taste.

Partnered with Parmigiano Reggiano is a perfect and traditional Italian combination of flavors.
