Pane Carasatu' - twice baked in her home bakery by Gilio Bulloni, this original music-paper bread called Carasatu (or Carasau) is natural cracker for snacks, cheese, appetizers, wraps, fritters, soups and bread baskets. Healthful, economic, this crispy bread is the traditional Sardinian bread use for sandwiches, dips, spreads.
Also from the Piemonte region we import lingue di suocera and hand made grissini from a small bakery called Nuovo Laboratorio Artiginale.
Together with Massimo we have created flavours such as Olive, Rosemary and Origano.
