We are very proud to be able to supply the word famous proscutto crudo di San Daniele. Not any commercial San Daniele but the very best Testa & Molinaro, Franco has frequently visited their prosciuttificio in the renowned town of San Daniele and continues to enjoy a close relationship with Giuseppe and the team to understand the many stages of aging.

Being from Calabria himself, Franco is privileged to bring prosciutto di suino nero (black pig) to the UK. A rare bread of black pig from a mountain called La Sila. The pigs are fed naturally and traditionally as they forage for acorns and are not fed any artificial feeds or additives.

Other products such as Capicollo, Sopressata and Salsiccia are also made using prosciutto di suino nero.

We also stock specialised meat products form a company called Bernardini Gastone based in a small village near Pisa. Products such as wild boar, venison, elk, fallow dear, ox, pheasant, ostrich, duck and goose.
